Banned by Google

Wow... did you know you can be banned by google????

I came across this concept while trying to get page rank on my webpage.

I can't seem to find it, and one of the reasons was that it could have been banned!!!!

Fortunately that does not seem to be the case (though it really does'nt matter since I am mostly writing rubbishy stuff for my own memory and ranting mostly...).

You can check if you are banned here.

A good (if not quick intro) look at page rank can be found here.

Actually... I find it scary that we are so reliant on Google. Many institutions base a substantial amount of their research on googling. Yet not too long ago, one may not be too familiar with the ubitiqous tool. It is scary if one day we do not know how to search through journals the manual way. Musty libraries and all

BTW if you have trouble setting your template, i.e it has been giving you problems, it is the google adsense that is doing it.
